Currently, I am in Bangalore, and one name that has been making waves here is the 'Rameshwaram Cafe.' Located in Indiranagar, this 10x10 square-foot eatery has become a must-visit destination for food lovers, especially those craving authentic South Indian cuisine. Interestingly, the cafe gained widespread attention last year due to a bombing incident, but this hasn't deterred its popularity.

Every morning, a religious ceremony is performed before the massive kitchen is set in motion. The gas stoves are lit only after prayers to the divine, ensuring a spiritual start to the culinary day.
